Creamy Palak
Steps

Collect fresh palak leaves,rinse with plain water. Keep onion,palak green chilies cumin seeds, coriander seeds,cream and salt ready to make creamy palak

Keep a deep pan on medium heat add water, green chilies and palak. let it boil for two minutes. Remove from heat. Transfer to a bowl without water.

Keep a fry pan on low heat,add oil, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, chopped onion. Saute till onions transparent. Transfer to a palak bowl.Let it cool.

Add into the mixer jar,add salt and cream. Grind it into a fine paste. Creamy Palak is ready to serve.

Transfer to a serving bowl. Add one tablespoon ghee on it. Enjoy the healthy and tasty creamy palak with plain rice.
