Steps

Wash the fish pieces well. Cut the peeled ginger and cube the onions

In a pan add fish stock, add cubed onions, cut ginger and few green chillies, cover to cook approx 10 mins

Add fish pieces and salt and cover to cook for 6 mins,

Add All-purpose flour slurry and once thick, set aside
- 5
Serve and enjoy 😊
Tips
The slurry should be All Purpose Flour and not Cornflour
