Ingredients

Prep time -10 mins, Cooking time -15 mins
4 servings
  1. 4Kaatla fish pieces washed well
  2. 5-6green chillies and some slit
  3. 1” ginger sliced
  4. 1large onion cubed
  5. 1/4 tspsalt
  6. 1 TbspAll-purpose flour in 2 Tbsp hot water
  7. 1.5 cupsfish stock

Steps

Prep time -10 mins, Cooking time -15 mins
  1. 1

    Wash the fish pieces well. Cut the peeled ginger and cube the onions

  2. 2

    In a pan add fish stock, add cubed onions, cut ginger and few green chillies, cover to cook approx 10 mins

    Add fish pieces and salt and cover to cook for 6 mins,

    Add All-purpose flour slurry and once thick, set aside

  5. 5

    Serve and enjoy 😊

Tips

The slurry should be All Purpose Flour and not Cornflour
