Broccoli Almond soup
Steps

Wash and cut broccoli. soak for 10 minutes in a salty water. soak almonds in a hot water.

Remove skin of almonds. Take olive oil. Chopped onion and garlic. Remove skin of almonds.

Heat oil in a kadai. add onion and garlic. add green coriander stalks.

Saute it for 2 minutes. Next add broccoli. saute it well for 1 minutes. add 2 Cup of water, add salt simmer for 4 minutes. In between stir it well. when it becomes soft and tender. sieve it.

Reserv stock. Now transfer almonds and broccoli mixture in a mixture jar. Make smooth paste.

Transfer mixture in a kadai. Now to adjust soup consistency add stock as required. It should be semi thick. add required salt, Black pepper powder and chilli flakes.

Your quick, healthy and delicious winter soup is ready.
