Steps

Wash the ginger and grate it. Crush cinnamon stick, cardamom and black pepper.

In a tea pan add water and crushed ingredient, grated ginger. Boil for 2 mintues.

When 1/2 cup water reduced add tea leaves, boil for 1 minute. Then off the gas flame. Pour tea into the cups. Add jaggery powder and serve it.
