Blend tomatoes, cashews, green chillies, and ginger into a smooth puree.

Heat butter in a pan. Add cinnamon stick, cardamom, black peppercorns, tejpatta, and cloves. Sauté for 30 seconds.

Add the tomato-cashew puree. Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.

Add salt, sugar, garam masala, and other spices. Mix well and simmer for 3 minutes.

Add fresh cream, mix, and cover cook for 5 minutes.

Add kadturi methi and Gently add malai paneer cubes. Stir carefully to avoid breaking.

Serve hot with puri, fulka or Parathas.
Tips
For a richer flavor, you can soak the cashews in warm water for 15-20 minutes before blending.
