Marinated Beef with Bell Peppers and Cherry Tomatoes

Marinate the beef for at least 1 hour with the soy sauce, grated fresh ginger, ground ginger, and green onion.

Set aside the marinade and add the cornstarch to it to use as a thickener.

In a wok over high heat, sauté the green onion and carrot, then add the bell peppers. Add the sesame oil, sear the beef strips over high heat, then add the marinade and cook until thickened.

Assemble the dish by adding the sautéed vegetables. Serve with noodles or plain boiled white rice.
