Ingredients

  1. 1 1/3 poundsbeef strips (about 600 grams)
  2. 1red bell pepper
  3. 1yellow bell pepper
  4. 7 ouncescherry tomatoes (about 200 grams)
  5. 1carrot
  6. 3 1/2 tablespoonssoy sauce (about 50 ml)
  7. 1 3/4 ouncesfresh ginger (about 50 grams)
  8. 2 tablespoonsground ginger
  9. 2 tablespoonssesame oil
  10. 1green onion
  11. Peanut oil
  12. 2 tablespoonscornstarch

    Marinate the beef for at least 1 hour with the soy sauce, grated fresh ginger, ground ginger, and green onion.

    Set aside the marinade and add the cornstarch to it to use as a thickener.

    In a wok over high heat, sauté the green onion and carrot, then add the bell peppers. Add the sesame oil, sear the beef strips over high heat, then add the marinade and cook until thickened.

    Assemble the dish by adding the sautéed vegetables. Serve with noodles or plain boiled white rice.
