Steps

Wash tindas and remove stem from both sides.Cut thin slices length wise.

Heat a pan add little oil and tinda pieces.Saute till reddish and half cooked.

Add garlic cloves and tomato in mixer jar and churn.

Add one tablespoon oil in pan.Add finely chopped onion cook till brownish. Add tomato puree,salt, turmeric powder chilli powder coriander powder and kitchen king masala. Saute till masala separates oil.Add tinda pieces.

Saute for two minutes and add 1 glass water. Cover and cook till done. Our tinda masala is ready to serve. Garnish with coriander leaves.
