In a pan take oil/ butter as it gets hot add ginger garlic paste and chopped ginger and garlic. Saute on slow flame.

Add all the chopped veggies and saute for 2 - 4 minutes. Add water in it and wait for the boil.

As it starts boiling add salt, black pepper powder, lemon juice and corn flour slurry.

Mix well and cover it for 2 minutes. Finally add coriander leaves and serve hot.
