Mixed vegetable and paneer stuffed papad rolls in a thick creamy tomato based gravy.
Steps

Heat oil add mixed vegetable,paneer and cook till rawness goes, add salt, chilly powder, kitchen king masala fry till dry,let it cool.

For gravy heat oil add jeera,khada masala (small pieces) then add green chilly, garlic,cashews and tomato,cook till soft off the heat,cool it and grind to smooth paste.

Prepare paste with coriander powder, jeera powder, chilly powder (kashmiri), turmeric add little water mix it.

Heat oil for gravy add jeera, chopped onion fry till light golden,then add prepared masala paste fry till oil seperate,then add to.ato paste cook for a while add cream and kasuri methi. keep aside till needed.

Now dip the papad in water for a while,fill the stuffing fold the sides and make roll seal it, fry in hot oil both side.

For serving,add gravy to serveing dish place the papad roll (cut in pieces) sprinkle coriander leaves and serve with roti and rice.
Tips
Adjust salt in the end . you can add more veggies as per your needs.
