First of all, wash the amla and cut it 3 of them into large pieces and 2 of the into small pieces. Boil the large pieces until they reach 1 boil. Add pepper and turmeric to it and make a pulp in a mixer.

Take sugar in a bowl, add enough water to submerge it and bring to a boil. When the sugar dissolves, add the finely chopped pieces. Remove after 2 minutes or until soften.

After it cools down, put pepper powder and black salt on the rim of the glass, then add 1 teaspoon of pulp, 2-3 mint leaves cut into pieces, add ice cubes, lemon slices in serving glass. add sugar amla mixture on top, add soda. Mix with a spoon.

Amla, mint mojito...are ready to serve.
