Steps

Take butter in a pan and when it melts, add garlic cloves and saute. Then add chopped onion and tomato and saute.

Add 1/4 cup water, cover and cook. Once the cooked mixture has cooled, add sugar, salt and oregano and blend in a mixer.

Return the mixture to the pan, add black pepper powder, red chili powder and 2 cups water and bring to a boil. The soup is ready to drink. Garnish it with fresh coriander,butter and Serve Hot.
