I love a cross over between pasta and steak and this meal was perfect. It is slightly spicy and flavorful, while allowing the steak to shine on its own.

Season steak with salt and pepper. Pan-sear to medium rare, rest, then slice.

In a separate pan, sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until aromatic.

Add Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and paprika to the onion and garlic, stir briefly.

Pour in heavy cream and chicken stock, simmer until slightly thickened.

Cook tagliatelle in salted water, drain.

Mix cooked pasta into the sauce, toss until well coated and thickened.

Serve pasta topped with sliced steak.
