First of all take all ingredients on one platform.then prepare a smooth paste of tomato,onion, garlic,ginger and cashews. now keep kadai on medium flame. add oil and make tadka with jeera and mustard seeds

After cracking jeera and mustard seeds then add fine paste. simultaneously add Khandalasun masala,salt and Garam masala in it. also add some green peas in it. in mixer yaar take half cup of green peas and grind it..

Add this fine paste of green peas in masala and mix it well

It changes colour now add one glass water and cover with plate. see after few minutes water is soaked. if you want little bit thick then switch off early. add coriander and serve it hot with chapati,roti,rice.
