  • 2eggs
  • 3/4 cupsCocoa powder
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 2 cupSugar
  • 2 cupsOats
  • 1/2 cupoil
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1 tspvanilla extract
  • 1 cupwarm water
  • 2 tspcoffee
  • 100 gmcompound chocolate (optional)

    Break to eggs add baking powder and soda. In warm water add coffee.Add all dry ingredients.

    Mix dry and wet ingredients mix well.pour in a baking dish lined with butter paper

    I baked it on stove top in small batches. So 30 -45 min is enough. Remaining batter can be use to make pan cake or waffles.
