  2. 2boiled beets
  3. 2boiled carrots
  4. 1tomato
  5. Olive oil, salt, and oregano

    Ideally, have the vegetables already boiled and chilled in the refrigerator so they're fresh. Slice the beets, and use small cookie cutters to make fun shapes. Dice any leftover beet pieces into small cubes.

    Place all the chopped beets on the plate as a base for the salad. Layer the sliced carrots on top to cover the beets, then add the tomatoes cut into petal shapes. Finish by arranging the beet shapes, like little trees and stars, in a circle on top.

    Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano. If you like, serve with a piece of fish.

me gusta mucho cocinar aunque tengo muy poco tiempo y quizás muchas obligacionesun día leí que para sentirnos hechos en la vida , hay que tener hijos plantar un árbol y escribir un librotuve 4 hijos reales y muchos otros hijos espiritualesplanté muchos árboles y otras plantasy me faltaba el libro ..mi mamá tenia un libro de cocina hecho por ella con las recetas escritas a mano y fotos de platos que recortaba de las revistas .entonces un día me anime y empece a compartir mis recetas ...algunas heredadas de mi mamá otras inventadas por mi ...para ir armando este recetario virtual donde ya no necesito recortar las fotos las puedo sacar con mi celular y las recetas las puedo escribir como yo las siento porque son mías son una parte de mia veces me gusta pensar que en medio de tanta comida industrializada hay aún personas a quienes nos gusta cocinar nos gusta inventar y disfrutamos de hacerlo
