Stir-Fried Ground Pork with Scallions

Sauté the white parts of the scallions until fragrant. Add the ground pork and stir well. Add a little water, fish sauce, soy sauce, and a pinch of sugar.

When most of the liquid has evaporated, add the green parts of the scallions.

Sprinkle with a little ground black pepper for extra flavor.
