Wash and cut amla in pieces.

Crush the amla pieces in a food processor.

Heat ghee in a nonstick pan and put crushed amla. Stir and cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes.

Cover and cook on low heat till amla becomes soft.

Add grated jaggery, spices and salt. Mix well.

Cover and cook again on low heat till jaggery melts.

Now open the lid and cook on high heat till the mixture becomes dry.

Switch off the heat and let it cool. Transfer it into a glass jar and enjoy as immunity booster.
