Wash the pork ribs thoroughly.

Add water to a pot and bring the pork ribs to a boil. Skim off any foam, then simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.

Add garlic, black pepper, salt, carrot, and potato. Continue to cook for about 15 minutes until they start to soften.

Add goji berries and onion.

Season with light soy sauce and continue cooking until the vegetables are tender. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

Sprinkle with green onion before serving.
