Steps

Wash the green chilli with water, dry them and slit into two.

In pan add mustard seed, methi, saunf and cumin seeds, roast them until color changes.

Cool down to room temperature, then grind them to make course powder

Heat the mustard oil smoky hot, then allow them to warm, keep it aside, in green chilli add salt and turmeric, mix it well.

Add the prepared masala mixture, mix it well, then add warm mustard oil, add lemon juice and mix it well.

One day rest to green chilli pickle, another day green chilli pickle is ready to eat and enjoy!!!!!!!
