First, heat a skillet or tawa. Apply butter on one side of the slice and keep them for roasting. (1 minute)

Then mix all the ingredients except cheese slices in a mixing bowl. Combine well.Then take out a small ball sized portion and make small patties. Roast them on tava using 1 teaspoonful oil for each. (2 minutes)

Now arrange the bread slices on a large tray or plate. Apply tomato sauce or any other chutney as per taste. Then place the tikki Press it well. Then place the cheese slice. Then close with another slice, buttered side up.

Then toast them on hot skillet or in the sandwich maker as per choice till golden. Use butter to roast. (2 minutes)

Cut into triangles. Serve with any sauce, dip or chutney. Perfect recipe for a quick, on the go breakfast, kid's tiffin, lunchbox (with fruits, curd and boiled sprouts).
Tips
Add 1/4 cup boiled and crushed to peas/ chopped spinach or boiled and chopped broccoli to the filling to increase its nutrition.
