Steam 200g colocacia. After steamed, marinate it in 1/4 tsp turmeric, 3/4 tsp chilli powder, 1/2 tsp salt for around 30 minutes. (Can skip if you dont want to marinate)

Temper mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asaphoetida and curry leaves

Add chopped 4 cloves garlic after the curry leaves start spluttering

Stir fry the colocacia for around 5-10 minutes until the colocacia is soft.
