Ingredients

  1. 1 cup, chopped Fenugreek leaves (methi)
  2. 1/2 cupWhole wheat flour
  3. 1/2 cupGram flour (besan)
  4. 2 tbspYogurt
  5. 1 tspGinger paste
  6. 1, finely chopped Green chili
  7. 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  8. 1/4 tspRed chili powder
  9. 1 tspSugar
  10. 1 tspLemon juice
  11. 1/2 tspSalt
  12. 2 tbsp(for shallow frying) Oil
  13. 1 pinchBaking soda
  14. 1 tspSesame seeds

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients except oil and sesame seeds to form a soft dough.

    Steam the logs for 15 minutes, then let them cool.

    Heat oil in a pan, add sesame seeds, and shallow fry the rounds until golden.
