In a bowl add wheat flour, chickpea flour, turmeric powder,red chilli powder, kasoori methi and salt.

Mix the flour well add water and little oil. Mix well like soft dough. Rest it for half an hour.

Take a big lemon size dough, make round shape. Keep it in chapathi making stone. Roll it with roti roller. Making thin theplas.

Keep a dosa tawa on medium heat, transfer the thepla. Cook till bubbles starts from the thepla,flip it onter side. Cook for one minute. Super methi thepla is ready to serve.

Roll the theplas when it is warm. Enjoy the theplas with ginger garlic spicy chutney. You can consume it for five days. Enjoy the thepla for picnic or parties.
