If we go on a picnic, we can take healthy snacks and since the winter season is going on, we can take healthy jaggery in our tiffin. Which is made with very few ingredients like ghee, jaggery, gund and flour and it is not only healthy but also very quick and easy to make.

If we go on a picnic, we can take healthy snacks and since the winter season is going on, we can take healthy jaggery in our tiffin. Which is made with very few ingredients like ghee, jaggery, gund and flour and it is not only healthy but also very quick and easy to make.

Take a pan, add ghee and wheat flour put on medium to low flame and stir it continuously until it turns brown in colour. Crush the gum and chop the jaggery.

Now add crushed gond and stir it continuously until all gond has dissolved. Then switched off the flame.add dry ginger powder and jaggery and mix well.

Now pour the mixture into a greased plate, spread it well and when it cools down a little, cut it into desired pieces.

When it cools down, grind it and fill it in a container. The jaggery Gond Pak is ready. When we go on a picnic, take it in a tiffin and enjoy the healthy jaggery Gond Pak.
Tips
You can also add cardamom powder to it which gives it a very nice taste and aroma.
