Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 200 gPrawns
  2. 100 mlFresh cream
  3. 2tbsp, chopped Fresh coriander
  4. as neededCajun powder
  5. as neededSalt
  6. as neededPepper
  7. 1 tbspButter
  8. 8, halved Cherry tomatoes
  9. 60 ml (1/4 cup)Lemon juice
  10. as neededOnion powder
  11. as neededGarlic powder
  12. as neededCayenne pepper
  13. 160 gTagliatelle pasta

Steps

1 hr 30 minutes

    Cut cherry tomatoes in half. Add to a pan with butter and chopped coriander.

  2. 2

    Season with salt and pepper. Simmer until tomatoes are soft.

  3. 3

    Add cream, Cajun powder, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and lemon juice.

  4. 4

    Mix well, then blend until smooth.

  5. 5

    Return sauce to pan and cook until thickened. Set aside.

  6. 6

    Boil tagliatelle pasta until cooked.

  7. 7

    Toss most of the Cajun sauce with pasta, reserving some in the pan.

  8. 8

    Add fresh coriander to pasta and mix.

  9. 9

    In the pan with reserved sauce, add prawns and season with spices.

  10. 10

    Cook prawns through, then add to pasta and mix well.

  11. 11

    Serve and enjoy!
