Mix oil and milkmaid well in a bowl.

Sift flour, baking soda, and baking powder together.

Add vinegar and vanilla essence, mix again.

Add dry fruits and choco chips to the mixture, mix well.

Add sifted flour mixture, combine to form a smooth batter.

Grease a cake tin with oil and pour in the batter.

Top with extra dry fruits for garnish.

Preheat OTG at 160°C for 10 minutes.

Bake at 160°C for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Tips
Mix all ingredients like cashews, almonds, black choco chips, and white choco chips in the batter. Top the batter with some more dry fruits for garnishing.
