Crispy and juicy crumb chicken
Steps

Mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and optional spices in a bowl.

In another bowl, beat eggs and add a little of the flour mixture to make a paste.

Marinate chicken with honey, hot sauce, and some spices for 10 minutes.

Dip chicken in the egg paste, then coat with flour mixture.

Fry chicken in hot oil until golden and cooked through.

Remove and drain excess oil. Enjoy!
Tips
For extra crunch, consider double-coating the chicken by dipping it back in the egg mixture and flour before frying.
