Ingredients

2 servings
  • 400 gBok choy
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1 pieceGinger (thumb-sized, mashed)
  • 1 LWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash bok choy thoroughly and cut each in half.

  2. 2

    Boil 1L water in a pot, add salt and mashed ginger.

  3. 3

    Add bok choy and cook until half done, about 2-3 minutes.

  4. 4

    Drain and arrange on a plate.

Tips

Adjust cooking time based on your preference for tenderness.
