It's a popular choice of all seasons providing nostalgia and warmth in winter and autumn it's refreshing and alternative to traditional ice teas.

Brew Sri Lankan cinnamon powder in 200 ml hot water for 5 minutes. Strain and let cool.

In a serving glass, add lemon wedges and mint leaves. Muddle gently to release flavors.

Add the cooled cinnamon tea, orange juice, and pomegranate juice.

Stir well and serve chilled.
Tips
For an extra touch, garnish with a sprig of mint or a slice of lemon. It can be served either warm or chilled.
