Peel and cut yam into thick strips.

Heat oil and fry yam until golden brown, then drain.

Fry fish until golden brown, remove bones, and dice into smaller pieces

Sauté onion in oil, add bell pepper, then blended tomatoes and pepper.

Simmer sauce, add seasoning and salt.

Add diced fish, cook on low heat for 3 minutes.

Stir in chopped spring onions and serve with fried yam.
Tips
Adjust the frying time for yam based on your preference for crispiness.
