Ingredients

1hr and 30 min
4-6 servings
  • 2 lbsGround beef
  • 1/2of an onion
  • 1 packonion soup mix
  • 1 cupcrushed Ritz crackers
  • 1 tbsItalian seasoning
  • 1/2 cupketchup (I used spicy)
  • 2eggs (mix before)
  • 1 tbsgarlic
  • 1/4 cupmilk or broth
  • 1 tbsparsely
  • 1 tspor so of Salt and pepper
  • For the top-->
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsworsheshire sauce

Steps

1hr and 30 min

    Combine ALL of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl

  2. 2

    Press mixture into a large pan (dont grease)

  3. 3

    Mix the ketchup and worcheshire sauce and spread evenly over the top

  4. 4

    Cook on 350 for about an hour and a half. Don't cover!

Tips

Check on the meat after about 40 minutes and use paper towels to soak up the grease. Do this about every 15 minutes after to continue to get some of the grease out. Cook longer if you want a "crisp" top.
