Ingredients

  • 60 gButter
  • 1/4 cupBrown Sugar
  • 1Whole Egg
  • 1/3 cupRaisin
  • 1 1/2 cupAlmond Flour
  • 1 tspBaking Powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Whisk almond flour and baking powder in a medium bowl.

  2. 2

    Beat sugar and butter in the large bowl until smooth. Add egg and blend well.

  3. 3

    Add raisins and flour mixture, and blend until just combined.

  4. 4

    Place the dough on a large piece of plastic wrap and make log shape. Freeze until very firm, at least 2 hours.

    Heat oven to 180°C/350°F, coat the baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.

  6. 6

    Slice the dough and place on the baking pan.

    Bake about 12 minutes or until the edges and bottoms of the cookies are golden

    Transfer them to the racks to cool completely.

Hi! Welcome to my cookpad page. My cooking motto is "simple and healthy". In the city of Kobe, Japan where I grew up, there are a lot of good bakery shops, but after I moved here to Florida in 1997, I missed the tasty breads and Japanese foods so much! Then I thought, "Why don't I make it?" So, now I bake breads almost everyday and cooking Japanese foods here in Florida. It's difficult to find some Japanese ingredients, but I'm trying. I also plant Japanese vegetables to use for cooking.
