Ingredients

  1. 1 boxJiffy Pie Crust Mix
  2. 4Large Apples, peeled and cubed
  3. 1/4 cupcoconut sugar
  4. 1 tsp.flour
  5. 1 tbsp.cinnamon
  6. 1egg, beaten

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix apples, sugar, flour and cinnamon.

  2. 2

    Prepare pie crust as directed. Roll out bottom and line pie pan. Save 1/4 of dough for lattice top.

    Fill with apple mixture.

  4. 4

    Cut lattice top and lay on top of apples.

  5. 5

    Paint beaten egg over lattice top.

  6. 6

    Line edges of pie crust with tin foil. Bake 15 min at 395. Remove tin foil edging and continue baking 10 minutes.
