In a bowl with 100 ml warm water, add sugar and dried yeast. Dissolve it. Cover the bowl and set it aside in a warm place, for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, mix flour with salt.

After 15 minutes, add 1Tsp olive oil and remaining of the warm water and prepared yeast to the flour.

Blend it in a mixer for 5 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 200C. Sprinkle some flour top of the dough, cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and leave it to rest for 2 hours.

Chop olives into small pieces.

Once dough is ready, sprinkle pinch of flour on the working surface, and spread the dough.

Place shredded cheddar cheese and olives in the center of the dough

And bring corners of dough together and give a round shape.

Place it inside the baking tray.Sprinkle some flour top of the dough. Using handle of a wooden spoon, make a cross on the dough, and slightly press it. Then make other one.

Bake it for 30 minutes or until it is beautifully golden
