Steps
- 1
Wash the bok choy and cut it in half or into bite-sized pieces.
- 2
Soak the glass noodles in cold water for 5 minutes. Drain well.
- 3
Beat the egg, cook it into a thin omelet, then slice it thinly. Set aside.
- 4
Mince the garlic and sauté it in cooking oil. Add the beef and stir-fry with a little stir-fry sauce until just cooked. Remove the beef and set aside, leaving the juices in the pan.
- 5
Add the bok choy to the pan and stir-fry over high heat. Drizzle with the stir-fry sauce. When the vegetables are almost cooked, add the glass noodles and the rest of the sauce. Toss everything together.
- 6
Finally, add the sliced egg and beef. Stir-fry for a few more minutes. Turn off the heat. Serve on a plate and enjoy.
