Steps

Mix all dry ingredients and chopped greens in a bowl.

Add garlic paste, salt, and 1 tablespoon oil. Mix well.

Gradually add water to form a stiff dough.

Rest the dough for 5 minutes.

Roll out small puris from the dough.

Heat oil for frying. Fry puris until golden and crispy.

Ready your crispy and tasty puri to eat,serve it with peanut chatani,immediately.
Tips
Resting the dough for 5 minutes helps in making the puris crispier. You can also use basil for a unique fusion taste.
