Steps

Slit the baby corn lengthwise.

Mix chili powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, and salt to make the masala.

Marinate the baby corn with the masala and set aside for 15 minutes.

Heat butter in a grill pan over medium heat.

Fry thaae marinated baby corn until golden and crisp on all sides.

Serve hot.
Tips
For extra flavor, you can add a squeeze of lemon juice or garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
