Ingredients

30minutes
4 servings
  • 400 gSpaghetti
  • 500 gMinced meat
  • 125 gonions
  • 250 gtomatoes
  • 1capsicum
  • 100 gcorriander
  • 1/ 4 garlic
  • 30 mlcooking oil
  • 1shake of black pepper

Steps

30minutes
  1. 1

    Boil the minced meat for 5 minutes

  2. 2

    Add the diced onions and simmer till dry

  3. 3

    Add the oil and stir till it browns, then add garlic

  4. 4

    Add the tomatoes, stir, then add the cupsicum

  5. 5

    Fry for 5 minutes then add salt.

  6. 6

    Cook for 5 mins then add the coriander and water

  7. 7

    Simmer for 5 minutes.
