Anutritious, gluten-free Indian flatbread made from pearl millet flour (bajra).
Steps

In a bowl, mix bajra flour, besan, salt, green chili paste, kasuri methi, onion, til, oil, coriander powder, and garam masala.

Add curd, grated mooli, and chopped mooli leaves. Knead into a medium soft dough.

Divide dough into small balls. Flatten to make mini rotis.

Press sesame seeds on top of each roti.

Heat oil in a pan. Fry rotis on medium heat until golden on both sides.

Serve hot with ketchup.

Enjoy with tea.
Tips
For extra flavor, you can add more spices or herbs according to your taste.
