Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoonssesame flour
  • 2large eggs
  • 2 tablespoonslabneh (or cream cheese)
  • 4-5 tablespoonswater (depending on consistency)
  • 1 pinchsalt, a pinch of cumin, a pinch of garlic powder, and a pinch of onion powder

    Whisk: In a bowl, whisk the two eggs with the two tablespoons of labneh well until the mixture is very smooth and without lumps.

  2. 2

    Add 6 tablespoons of sesame flour and spices, and stir with a spoon.

  3. 3

    Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes. The sesame flour will absorb the liquids and become more consistent when cooked.

  4. 4

    Heat a non-stick pan and lightly coat it with olive oil.

  5. 5

    Pour half the quantity and spread it quickly to cover the bottom of the pan.

  6. 6

    Wait until the edges dry and small holes appear in the center (about two minutes), then turn it over.

  7. 7

    Repeat the process
