  • 1 packInstant noodles
  • 80 gPork slices
  • 60 gCabbage
  • 1Egg
  • 400 mlWater
  • 1 packetInstant noodle soup base
  • 1 tspOil (optional)

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil water in a pot and add pork slices. Cook until color changes.

  2. 2

    Add cabbage and cook until slightly soft.

  3. 3

    Add instant noodles and soup base. Cook for 2 minutes.

  4. 4

    Crack an egg on top and simmer until the egg is softly set.

  5. 5

    Serve hot.

Tips

For extra flavor, you can add some chili oil or soy sauce.
