In a mixer grinder add chilli, coriander leaves, garlic cloves, ginger, chopped onion and grind coarsely

Heat one tablespoon oil in a pan.Add grounded masala and saute for two minutes till masala separates oil.Add turmeric powder, salt and garam masala

Add sprouts and required water.Cover and cook till done.

Serve hot as a healthy breakfast.
