Add the broccoli to lightly salted boiling water and cook for 3 minutes.

Transfer the broccoli to cold water — it stays bright and healthy.

Cut the broccoli florets and chop slightly.

Heat a little vegetable oil and 20 g butter in a pan.

Add the broccoli to the pan and fry for 3 minutes.

Beat the eggs with salt, pepper, and dried garlic. Pour the eggs into the pan and fry for 2–3 minutes, stirring gently.

Add the grated cheese and mix carefully until melted.
