Preheat oven to 165°C for 10 minutes.

Grind 1 cup quinoa into a fine powder.

Boil 0.5 cup quinoa until soft; drain and cool.

Mash bananas in a bowl. Add oil,vanilla essence, milkmaid, and milk. Mix well.

Blend half of the boiled quinoa into a smooth paste; add to banana mixture.

Add remaining boiled quinoa and mix.

Sift ground quinoa and atta flour together along with baking soda and baking powder. Add to batter in 2-3 batches, mixing gently.

Fold in chocolate chips.add vinegar and mix well.

Grease cake tin with oil and dust with flour.

Pour batter into tin. Garnish with chocolate chips, boiled quinoa, and banana slices.

Bake for 40 minutes at 165°C, or until a skewer comes out clean.
Tips
Make sure to mash the bananas well for a smoother batter, and feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less milkmaid.
