Ingredients

3 servings
  • 6ripe mangoes
  • 2 cupsmango puree
  • As required, vanilla ice cream
  • 4 tbsp.pistachios, chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and cube the mangoes.

  2. 2

    In a blender add mango cubes, reserving some, and blend till smooth.

  3. 3

    Add the puree and blend again till smooth.

  4. 4

    In individual serving glasses, add mango cubes, scoops of ice cream, mango puree, mango cubes, scoops of ice cream, mango puree.

  5. 5

    Garnish with pistachios.

  6. 6

    Serve immediately.
