Soak pigeon peas in water overnight.

Next day drain excess water.

Add into mixer grinder jar.Add to this garlic cloves, chillies, cumin seeds and grind coarsely.Now add turmeric powder, salt, chilli powder, coriander powder and chopped coriander leaves.Mix well by hands.

Heat a pan add 1 tablespoon oil in it.Make small muthiya by hands and add in the pan.

Cook from one side and flip.Cook from other side till brown and crispy.Serve hot as a breakfast.Very healthy and tasty too.
