My crispy dumplings are special because they have a golden, crunchy wrapper and a juicy, flavorful filling of chopped chicken and fresh vegetables. The simple seasoning and crispy texture make every bite savory, satisfying, and delicious. 🥟💗

Mix dry ingredients
In a bowl combine:
• 180 g flour
• 20 g cornstarch
• 3 g saltMix well.

Slowly pour 120 g water while mixing with your hand or spoon.

Knead the dough 8–10 minutes until it becomes smooth and slightly elastic.
If sticky → add 1 tsp flour.

Cover and rest 20 minutes.
This makes it easier to roll.

Roll & part each piece into thin circles (about 18-20g per ball)

Stir Fry the fillings. Set Aside after and let it cool.

Put your desired filling in the middle about 1tsp. Fold and press edges tightly.

Heat oil medium heat. Fry each side until golden brown.

Serve with rice or your desired way to eat your perfect crispy dumpling pockets. Enjoy. 😊
