Wash and soak dal for 5-6 hours.lkeep a side 3 table spoon soaked dal.In mixer crush dal coarsely for crispy pakore.

Add chopped onion, spinach,coriander leaves, dry masala, soaked dal,salt,green chilli. Make semi soft consistency.

Fry on medium flame till golden brown. Serve with green chutney and tomato ketchup. Serve hot.
Tips
We can use green moong dal also.
