Ingredients

25-30 minutes
30-35 pieces
  • 1 1/2 cupyellow moong dal
  • 2green chilli
  • Salt to taste
  • 1onion finely chopped
  • 3 table spoonchopped coriander leaves
  • 4-5 leavesfinely chopped spinach
  • 1/4 tspbaking soda
  • Dry masala
  • 1 table spooncumin seeds
  • 1 table spoondry dhaniya
  • 5-6black pepper corn

Steps

25-30 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and soak dal for 5-6 hours.lkeep a side 3 table spoon soaked dal.In mixer crush dal coarsely for crispy pakore.

    Add chopped onion, spinach,coriander leaves, dry masala, soaked dal,salt,green chilli. Make semi soft consistency.

    Fry on medium flame till golden brown. Serve with green chutney and tomato ketchup. Serve hot.

We can use green moong dal also.
