I wanted to make green plantain tortillas, but it didn’t work out XD so I improvised and made something like stuffed potato balls. They turned out crispy and delicious.

I wanted to make green plantain tortillas, but it didn’t work out XD so I improvised and made something like stuffed potato balls. They turned out crispy and delicious.

Peel and cut the green plantains. Boil them in water for 10 minutes until tender.

Cut the chicken breast into small cubes. Cook in a skillet over low heat with a lid on.

When the chicken releases its juices, uncover and let the liquid evaporate.

Dissolve the seasoning in a little water and add it to the chicken. Cook, stirring, until it thickens.

Mash the cooked plantains, gradually adding some of the cooking water, the potato starch, and salt until you get a smooth dough.

Shape the plantain dough into balls, make small baskets, and fill them with the chicken. Close and shape into stuffed potato-like balls.

Cook in an air fryer for 15 minutes per side at 375°F (190°C).

Serve with a salad of tomato and lettuce.
