Put everything in a mixer grinder except yoghurt add only 1 tbsp yoghurt at this point and blend them to a fine smooth paste. Now add the remaining yoghurt along with water to the blender and churn again. Add sweetener if you want and blend again and your cucumber mint chaas is ready. Add icecubes if you want to at the time of serving. Pour in the serving glasses and serve.
